There was an accident at the Foxfield Railway's 2010 autumn gala. The RAIB bulletin about this accident makes informative reading.
On 3 July, there was a boiler management problem on the 3.5 mile 15" gauge Kirklees Light Railway. The incident is the subject of a report by the RAIB. (I visited this railway a couple of weeks ago, found staff very friendly, steam locos single manned, and the two train operation very slick.)
